About the Role
As a houseparent at Milton Hershey School, you will play a vital role in providing a nurturing environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. You and your spouse will live in an on-campus home, manage daily responsibilities, and guide the students as they grow and develop.
Responsibilities
- Provide a consistent family-like structure for students
- Handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc.
Requirements
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- This is a two-person job for couples who have been legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses should be age 27 or older
