Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful as a House Parent, you must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings.
You should also be a married couple with at least two years of marriage, both over the age of 27, and comfortable leading daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
Additional requirements include a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
