Flex Houseparent Role Summary:
We are seeking married couples to join our team as flex houseparents at Milton Hershey School. In this unique role, you will provide a nurturing and family-like environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. As a flex houseparent, you will reside in an on-campus student home with your spouse and guide a group of approximately 8-12 students. You will be responsible for administering medication, handling household responsibilities, and fostering a supportive community.
Responsibilities:
- Administer medication and handle household responsibilities
- Foster a supportive community and provide guidance to students
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
- Lead students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
Benefits:
- Competitive salaries: $43,825 per person (total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple)

Requirements:

- Couples must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students
