What You'll Do:
As a houseparent, you will provide a consistent family-like structure for your assigned student group. This includes providing care, administering medication, and managing household tasks. You will also be responsible for driving, budgeting, reporting, and other responsibilities related to the care of students.
Our Benefits:
As a flex houseparent, you and your spouse will receive a salary of $43,825 per person, comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, paid training, nine days on followed by three days off, and three-week paid summer vacation.
