Your Role as a Flex Houseparent
As a flex houseparent, you will be responsible for providing a nurturing environment for 8-12 students, alongside your spouse. Your primary duties will include guiding and mentoring students, administering care, and maintaining a family-like atmosphere. You will reside in on-campus student homes and be expected to participate in daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. We require flexibility and commitment from both spouses to ensure the well-being of the students under your care.
