Job Summary
We are seeking married couples to become Student Advocates, responsible for providing a consistent family-like structure for students in their care. As a Student Advocate, you and your spouse will reside in on-campus student homes, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students. Your responsibilities may include driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and leading daily devotions.
What We Offer
You and your spouse will receive a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple, which includes free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more. You will also receive comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, and paid training, as well as a schedule of nine days on followed by three days off, with personal time while students are at school, and a three-week paid summer vacation.
Requirements
To be considered for this position, you and your spouse must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and you should be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Couples must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
