As a Flex Houseparent, you will serve as a caregiver in one of our on-campus student homes, providing guidance and support to 8-12 students. You will be responsible for creating a family-like structure, managing daily operations, and handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting.

**Requirements**

You must also be able to lift up to 50 lbs and demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students.
