As a flex houseparent, you will be responsible for creating a safe and supportive environment for students. This will involve handling daily responsibilities such as transportation, medication administration, and budgeting, as well as providing guidance and support to students in their personal and academic development.
Couples in this role will live on-campus with students, providing a consistent and stable presence in their lives. With a structured work schedule that includes substantial personal time and paid vacation, this position offers a great work-life balance.
