About the Role
As a Residential Youth Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the needs of students in our residential program. Working closely with other staff members, you will help create a safe and supportive environment for students to grow and develop, both academically and personally.
Your primary responsibility will be to manage student daily life, including transportation, medication administration, and household chores. Additionally, you will lead students in daily devotions and attend Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans are required.

- Have a valid driver's license and be able to become certified to drive student home vans
- Be willing to relocate to Hershey, PA
- Be able to lift up to 50 lbs
