Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to become part of our team as flex houseparents. As a houseparent, you and your spouse will reside on-campus in a student home and provide guidance and support to a group of approximately 8-12 students. This unique position requires both spouses to share a commitment to the students' well-being and development.
Responsibilities will include handling daily routines, providing transportation, administering medication, and managing budgets. With the flexibility to work from home when not on-duty, this role offers an ideal balance between work and personal life.
