Milton Hershey School is dedicated to providing an exceptional education and supportive environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. As a Flex Houseparent, you will play a vital role in achieving this mission by guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students.
In this role, you will reside in one of our on-campus student homes, creating a consistent family-like structure for the students. You will handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting, while working closely with your spouse to provide a safe and nurturing atmosphere.
We are seeking a married couple who has experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be at least 27 years old, have a high school diploma or GED, and be comfortable leading daily devotions and taking students to Sunday chapel services.
This role offers a competitive salary of $43,825 per person, comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, and paid training. You will also enjoy a schedule of nine days on followed by three days off, with a three-week paid summer vacation.
