What are the responsibilities and job description for the Married Couple Job Opening position at Milton Hershey School?
We are looking for dedicated couples to become flex houseparents at Milton Hershey School. As flex houseparents, you will reside in on-campus student homes and provide a consistent family-like structure for students.
You will handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting. When initially hired, you will cover different student homes before being assigned to one specific home.
Couples must have valid driver's licenses, be comfortable leading students in daily devotions, and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. A high school diploma or GED is required, and both spouses must complete an individual employment application.
