Married Couple Job Opportunities

Milton Hershey School is one of the world's best private schools, where students receive an exceptional education with housing, meals, and more—all costs covered. We are seeking married couples to become flex houseparents, providing a supportive environment for students.

As a flex houseparent, you will live on campus with your spouse, guiding and supporting a group of 8-12 students. You will be responsible for daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.

• Competitive salary of $43,825 per person (a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple)
