What are the responsibilities and job description for the Married Couple Mentors position at Milton Hershey School?
Career Opportunities for Married Couples
Milton Hershey School is a private school that provides an exceptional education to students from disadvantaged backgrounds. Our unique program combines on-campus housing, meals, and career-focused education, all at no cost to our students.
As a Career Focused Educator, you and your spouse will support approximately 8-12 students by providing guidance and a family-like structure in our on-campus student homes. This role requires a legally married couple to work together, managing various responsibilities while promoting a nurturing environment for students. The position offers a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and relocation assistance to ensure both personal and professional growth.
We are looking for couples with experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and you must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. You will also be required to abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus, and limitations on pets may apply.
This is a unique career path that takes consideration and commitment from both spouses. If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people, we encourage you to apply.
