We are hiring married couples to become flex houseparents, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students in a family-like environment.
The salary for this position is $43,825 per person, totaling around $150,000 per couple. As a houseparent, you will work closely with your spouse to provide a consistent family-like structure for students. You will handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and more. We offer relocation assistance and paid training to ensure your success in this role.
To be eligible for this position, you and your spouse must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. This is a two-person job for couples who have been legally married for at least two years. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
