Married Couple Residential Team Leaders

Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to become student home leaders. This role involves guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students in a family-like structure.

As a student home leader, you will be responsible for creating a supportive and caring environment for your assigned students. You will work closely with the school's staff to provide guidance, support, and care to ensure the well-being of your students.

The ideal candidate will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.

The successful candidate will also be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services (Note: Proselytizing is prohibited). A high school diploma or GED is required, and both spouses must complete an individual employment application.

Responsibilities

• Providing a stable and loving home environment for your assigned students
• Managing various responsibilities including driving, medication administration, and budgeting
• Working closely with the school's staff to provide guidance, support, and care to ensure the well-being of your students
• Leading students in daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services

Benefits

A competitive salary of $43,825 per person (a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple which includes free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more)
