We are seeking married couples to join our team as Youth Development Specialists.
As a Youth Development Specialist, you will be responsible for guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students, providing a consistent family-like structure.
Your responsibilities will include managing daily tasks, driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting.
The ideal candidate will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings.
