Job Description: House Parents at Milton Hershey School
Salary: $43,825 per person (total compensation package approx. $150,000 per couple)
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and support to 8-12 students from disadvantaged backgrounds
- Manage daily responsibilities such as transportation, medication administration, and budgeting
- Foster a family-like environment that promotes positive relationships among students and staff
Requirements and Qualifications:
Experience: Working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
Couple Requirements:
- Legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses should be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
