As flex houseparents, married couples will play a vital role in providing this environment, supporting the development and well-being of our students. We believe that every student deserves a loving and supportive community, and our staff are dedicated to making this happen.
Role Requirements
To be successful in this role, couples must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. They must also be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and have a valid driver's license. Furthermore, they must become certified to drive student home vans and complete an individual employment application.
