Lead by Example as a Flex Houseparent
Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to join our team as flex houseparents, providing leadership and guidance to a group of approximately 8-12 students living in an on-campus home. As a Residential Youth Caregiver, you and your spouse will work together to foster a family-like environment, managing daily responsibilities such as transportation, medication administration, and budgeting.

Qualifications and Requirements
To be considered for this role, you and your spouse must have:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Been legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses should be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- High degree of integrity, as all staff are role models for students
