We seek married couples who can thrive in our unique environment as Flex Houseparents. In this role, couples reside on-campus student homes, fostering a family-like atmosphere for approximately 8-12 students. They handle diverse responsibilities, including transportation, administration, and mentorship, ensuring students receive a supportive environment.
The position encompasses a competitive salary of $43,825 per person, amounting to around $150,000 per couple, inclusive of accommodations, meals while on duty, utilities, and other benefits. Additional advantages include comprehensive insurance, relocation support, paid training, and a three-week summer break.
To meet the requirements, both partners must possess prior experience in youth-related roles, ideally from underserved settings. Additionally, they should have been married for at least two years and be at least 27 years old. Each partner must hold a high school diploma or equivalent and maintain a valid driver's license, enabling them to operate student transport vans.
