About the Job
This is a two-person job for couples who are passionate about youth development and education. As Flex Houseparents, you will live on-campus in a student home, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students. You will handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting, and have the opportunity to lead daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you and your spouse must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You must be legally married for at least two years, both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. You must abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Both spouses must complete an individual employment application and demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students.
