Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to become flex houseparents, who will reside in on-campus student homes and guide and nurture a group of approximately 8-12 students. As a flex houseparent, you will play a vital role in shaping the lives of our students by providing a nurturing family-like environment. What We Offer:
We offer a competitive compensation package of $43,825 per person, with a total package of approximately $150,000 per couple. This includes free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more. We also provide comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance; health savings and flexible spending accounts; life insurance; disability options; and retirement savings. Additionally, we offer relocation assistance and paid training. Your schedule will consist of nine days on followed by three days off, with a period of personal time while students are at school. You will also receive three weeks of paid summer vacation.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You and your spouse should have been legally married for at least two years, and both spouses should be age 27 or older. You should also be able to lift up to 50 lbs and have a valid driver's license. Additionally, couples must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.

- Driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and providing daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
