What to Expect:
As a Youth Development Specialist, you and your spouse will be responsible for providing a consistent family-like structure for students. You will cover different student homes before being assigned to one specific home. You will also be expected to drive, administer medication, budget, report, and perform other tasks as required. You will have three-week paid summer vacation and a structured work schedule of nine days on followed by three days off.
