As a Houseparent, you will work closely with your spouse to manage household duties, provide guidance and support, and foster a sense of community among students.

Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of $43,825 per person, with a total compensation package of approximately $150,000 per couple. This includes free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more.

Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you and your spouse should have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You should also have a high school diploma or GED and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students. They must also be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
