As a Flex Houseparent, you and your spouse will reside in on-campus student homes and provide a consistent family-like structure for our students.
You will be responsible for guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students, handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and more. When initially hired, flex houseparents cover different student homes before being assigned to one specific home.
We offer a range of benefits, including relocation assistance and paid training. Our schedule is designed to give you time to rest and recharge, with nine days on followed by three days off. And, you'll receive three weeks of paid summer vacation!
