We are seeking married couples to become flex houseparents, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students in a residential setting.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with youth, be committed to nurturing, and maintain integrity as role models for students. You will be responsible for handling various responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting. You will also have the opportunity to work with a variety of students, helping them develop important life skills and values.
