In this role, you will play a vital part in shaping the lives of our students, providing guidance, support, and mentorship in a family-like environment. You will work closely with your spouse and other staff members to ensure the well-being and success of our students.
Key qualifications include experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings, and being legally married for at least two years. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
