As a Married Couples Residential Counselor at Milton Hershey School, you and your spouse will play a vital role in creating a safe and supportive environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. You will reside on-campus with your spouse, providing guidance, support, and care to 8-12 students.
As a Residential Counselor, you will be responsible for driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting, among other tasks. Initially, you and your spouse will cover different student homes before being assigned to one specific home. This role requires flexibility, commitment, and a strong sense of integrity. As a Residential Counselor, you will be part of a supportive and caring community that prioritizes student success.

Qualifications
• Experienced married couple with a minimum of two years of marriage
• Both spouses must be at least 27 years old
• Ability to pass a background check
• Valid driver's license and ability to obtain certification to drive student home vans
• Couples must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services (Note: Proselytizing is prohibited)
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrate a high degree of integrity and commitment to serving students
