About the Role

The Residential Youth Caregiver position is a unique opportunity to make a difference in the lives of students from disadvantaged backgrounds. As a flex houseparent, you will provide a family-like environment for students, guiding and nurturing them towards their full potential.

Responsibilities

• Managing a student home and ensuring educational and personal development
• Providing a consistent family-like structure for students
• Driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and more

Requirements and Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
• This is a two-person job for couples who have been legally married for at least two years
• Both spouses should be age 27 or older
