About the Job
The Live-in Caregiver position involves providing care and support to our students in a residential setting. As a caregiver, you will work closely with your spouse to create a safe and nurturing environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and social development of our students.
You will be responsible for managing daily living tasks, planning activities, and ensuring the students' needs are met. This role requires a high level of commitment, patience, and understanding.
Job Requirements
- Experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive student home vans
- Lift up to 50 pounds and be comfortable with physical activity
- Demonstrate a high degree of integrity and be comfortable leading students in daily devotions
