Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of $43,825 per person, totaling approximately $150,000 for the couple. Responsibilities and Qualifications
As Houseparents, your primary responsibility will be to manage daily tasks, provide guidance and mentorship, and ensure a positive living experience for our students. You must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and you must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. You will need to abide by our smoke-free and weapon-free campus policy and demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students.
