Milton Hershey School seeks dedicated couples to fill the role of Residential Youth Caregivers. As flex houseparents, you will live on-campus student homes and guide a group of approximately 8-12 students. Your primary responsibility will be to create a nurturing environment that fosters academic growth and personal development.
You will be responsible for administering care, facilitating daily activities, and handling various student-related tasks. To excel in this role, you must have excellent communication skills and be able to work collaboratively as a team. Experience working with youth from under-served settings is highly desirable.
