We are seeking married couples to become part of our team as houseparents at Milton Hershey School. As residential caregivers, you will provide a supportive family-like environment for students, helping them to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
You will be responsible for guiding and supporting students in daily activities and responsibilities, creating a stable and loving atmosphere that promotes emotional growth and stability. Your role will involve handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting.

The ideal candidate will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. We require a smoke-free and weapon-free campus, and pets are limited to fish and one dog of approved breeds.
Couples must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. A high school diploma or GED is required, and candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students.
Qualifications:- Experience working or volunteering with youth

- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
