Married Youth Care Providers

We are seeking married couples to become Household Mentors at Milton Hershey School. As a key part of our residential program, you will provide a nurturing environment for students in on-campus homes. Your guidance and support will help students develop essential life skills, build strong relationships, and achieve their full potential.

About the Role

As a Household Mentor, you will:

• Manage daily activities and create a family-like atmosphere for 8-12 students in your care
• Support students in their academic, personal, and spiritual growth
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the well-being and safety of all students

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

• Be a married couple with at least two years of experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
• Have a high school diploma or GED
• Be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Demonstrate a high degree of integrity and serve as a positive role model for students
