We are seeking talented couples to join our team as Mentor Couples at Milton Hershey School. As a Mentor Couple, you will reside in an on-campus student home and provide guidance and support to disadvantaged youth.
Your responsibilities will include creating a family-like atmosphere, administering care, and fostering personal growth. You will handle daily tasks such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting.
We offer a competitive salary of $43,825 per person, with a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, health savings and flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability options, and retirement savings.
You will work a schedule of nine days on followed by three days off, with a period of personal time while students are at school. You will also receive three-week paid summer vacation.

Requirements:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Age 27 or older
