What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mentor Couples for Student Success position at Milton Hershey School?
Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to join our team as Flex Houseparents. In this unique role, they will live on-campus in student homes and provide a supportive and stable environment for our students.
As Flex Houseparents, the successful couple will be responsible for guiding and nurturing students in pre-K through 12th grade from disadvantaged backgrounds. They will ensure a consistent structure for approximately 8-12 students, oversee daily activities, and support academic and emotional growth.

A competitive salary of $43,825 per person (totaling approx. $150,000 per couple) includes free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more.
Candidates must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
