Milton Hershey School is seeking House Parents to join our team and help shape the next generation of leaders. As a House Parent, you will be responsible for creating a safe and supportive living environment for students, encouraging them to reach their full potential.
Couples in this role must be willing to relocate to Hershey, PA, and live on-campus in a student home. They will be expected to work collaboratively with their spouse to manage the household and provide guidance to students.
The ideal candidate couple will have a strong commitment to mentoring and guiding young people, with a passion for making a positive difference in their lives.
