Job Description: Family Mentor
As a Family Mentor at Milton Hershey School, you will be responsible for guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students. Your duties will include:
- Providing a consistent family-like structure and support system for students
- Handling everyday responsibilities, such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting
- Leading daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services (Note: Proselytizing is prohibited)
