Job Overview
We are seeking couples who share our vision and values to become Flex Houseparents. As Flex Houseparents, you will reside in on-campus student homes, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students. Your primary responsibilities will include driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and providing a consistent family-like structure for students.
Responsibilities
- Drive students to school and extracurricular activities
- Administer medication as needed
- Budget and manage household expenses
- Report any issues or concerns to school administrators
- Provide guidance and support to students in daily life
Requirements
- Experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Couple must be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses should be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
