Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of $43,825 per person (a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple), along with comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance; health savings and flexible spending accounts; life insurance; disability options; retirement savings. We also provide relocation assistance and paid training. Our unique schedule includes nine days on followed by three days off, with a period of personal time while students are at school. You will also have three weeks of paid summer vacation.
