This role is designed for married couples who are committed to serving as flex houseparents within an on-campus student home. The Youth Development Partner will provide guidance, support, and a nurturing environment for 8-12 students, handling various responsibilities such as transportation and medication administration.
The ideal candidate will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. They must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, demonstrate a high degree of integrity, and abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus. Both spouses should be age 27 or older and have been legally married for at least two years.
