What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mentors for Youth Development position at Milton Hershey School?
Milton Hershey School is a world-renowned private school providing an exceptional education to students from disadvantaged backgrounds. We offer a unique opportunity for married couples to serve as Flex Houseparents, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students in a family-like structure. As Residential Youth Caregivers, you will provide consistent support, handle responsibilities such as transportation and medication administration, and create a positive impact on the lives of our students.

We seek experienced individuals who have worked or volunteered with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses must be age 27 or older, and we welcome couples with no more than three dependent children residing in the student home. A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans are required.
