What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mentorship and Care Team Member position at Milton Hershey School?
We are seeking married couples to become flex houseparents, providing guidance and support to groups of approximately 8-12 students. As a flex houseparent, you will create a family-like environment, handle various responsibilities, and contribute positively to the lives of disadvantaged youth.
