Job Responsibilities:
As a Mentorship Coach at Milton Hershey School, you will work alongside your spouse as a flex houseparent, guiding and mentoring a group of 8-12 students in a family-like environment. You will be responsible for providing support and stability, leading daily activities, and serving as role models for our students. You will also have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our students and help them develop into confident, capable, and compassionate individuals.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you and your spouse must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You should be married for at least two years, both spouses should be age 27 or older, and you must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Additionally, you must demonstrate a high degree of integrity, be comfortable leading students in daily devotions, and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
