Milton Hershey School is a world-renowned private school providing an exceptional career-focused education to students from disadvantaged backgrounds. As a Mentorship Coordinator, you and your spouse will work together to create a family-like environment for students in our on-campus homes.
Your responsibilities will include guiding students, managing daily activities, administering medication, and ensuring overall well-being. We require couples who have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses must be legally married for at least two years and aged 27 or older.
As Mentorship Coordinators, you will be responsible for managing the student home, including meal planning, budgeting, and reporting. You will also lead daily devotions, take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services, and demonstrate a high degree of integrity as role models.
