As a flex houseparent, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities and ensuring student welfare. You will also engage with students in educational and personal development.

• Valid driver's license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students
