As a Houseparents, Full-Time, you will be part of a team that provides a nurturing family-like environment for 8-12 students. This role is suited for married couples who are committed to supporting the educational and emotional needs of our students.
The job requires driving, administering medication, managing daily household tasks, and leading students in daily devotions. You will also take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services (Note: Proselytizing is prohibited). To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate integrity, commitment, and a high degree of emotional intelligence.

Our compensation package includes a salary of $43,825 per person (a total of approx. $150,000 per couple), free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more.
