Responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing individualized care plans for students
• Collaborating with teachers and other staff members to support student learning
• Providing guidance and support to help students overcome challenges
• Encouraging students to develop important life skills and values

This role requires a strong commitment to serving others and making a positive impact on the lives of our students. As a couple, you will be part of a dynamic team that values compassion, empathy, and understanding.

Key qualifications include:

• Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
• Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity
