Job Description
Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to become Flex Houseparents. In this role, you will reside in on-campus student homes and provide daily guidance and support to a group of approximately 8-12 students.
As a Flex Houseparent, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a positive relationship with students, providing daily support and guidance, and driving students to activities and appointments.
Requirements
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus
